About Us

Purpose: Our primary purpose is to share the good news of Jesus Christ with Armenians throughout Orange County and the world; that they might trust Christ as their Savior and follow Him as Lord.

What We Believe: The Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God, an inerrant blueprint for our faith, life, and future.

There is one God, creator of all things, infinitely perfect and loving, and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is the sinless Son of God, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross to pay the penalty of our sin, arose bodily from the grave, and will someday return to earth in power and glory.

Man was created in the image of God, but became alienated from God through sin. All men and women are eternally lost until they place their faith in the substitute death of Jesus Christ and trust him as their Savior.

Those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior will live eternally in God’s presence while those who persistently reject Christ will exist in eternal torment and anguish.

Water baptism is a public declaration of one’s faith in Jesus Christ; the Lord’s Supper (Communion), observed monthly, helps us to remember his sacrifice on our behalf until he comes again.

History: Armenian Christian Fellowship of Orange County (ACFOC) began in the hearts of a few dedicated Armenian Christians in 1987. They had a burden to reach Orange County Armenians and their friends with the love and gospel of Jesus Christ.  Meeting weekly for Friday night Bible study and fellowship, they began their first Sunday Service on Easter 1991.

Today we are a vibrant, Christ-centered, Bible-teaching church where we effectively edify and equip our congregation for ministry. Our Board of Elders, together with Pastor Dr. Don Sunukjian, lead ACFOC as we serve our community in the areas of: Sunday Services, Sunday School and Children’s Ministries, Men’s and Women’s Ministries, Youth Ministries, Couple’s Ministries, Midweek Bible Studies, Outreach, Missions, Events and more.

Armenian Christian Fellowship of Orange County is also part of the Armenian Evangelical Union of North America.

What time does ACFOC meet for worship? Our church service is held each Sunday beginning at 1:30 PM.

Where does ACFOC meet for worship? We meet in the facilities of 8281 Garfield Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646.
